I bought the Artek manuals for the ESA spectrum analyzer and they were useless. The Tracking Generator is the older version in the manual and the RF deck is also different and my unit was built in 1999 and it is HP branded. If your unit is Agilent I expect that it will not match also. I couldn't use any page from that scan.
This topic was discussed in the past and the only person that has a newer version is Shahriar from The Signal Path but he never shared his version with anyone as far as I saw.
