There are some companies that can make custom laser trimmed resistors but I cannot find it my notes now. I heard that Vishay can also take an order for custom resistors but I guess you need to order a big batch.

The lower level resistances are good, and my overall reference voltage is close to 15.8V (and can be adjusted to the 145mV as the manual specifies for the 1mW range). Does anyone have any recommendations on replacement resistors? The manual says a 0.1% with TC=0 +/- 10, the OEM was Micro-Ohm Corp of CA.
