I checked my standard 478A and it shows CF 97.5% at 50MHz. H versions maybe they have 99% from factory? I doubt that they will keep the CF 99.0% forever at 50MHz.
I saw the document saying you can keep the 432A at 99% but this can introduce uncertainty and for precise measurements you need take it in consideration together with the uncertainty of the power meter.
