I was in possession?for like 10 years of the original schematics from CAD (so no scan and bad quality this time) of the tektronix TDS540 scope that I received directly?from tektronix?after asking gently. I never shared it until the official version was published exactly?for the same reason as you! Now the published version is available?so I should upload them somewhere, I don't really know because I was told to not share them too If I recall correctly.
