Hi John,
I uploaded the "Installation and Getting Started Guide" to the files
area. I don't have the software. I was looking for it a few years ago
but without any luck. I think it was delivered on a CD-ROM from what I
see in the guide.
Please upload it to the files area if you manage to get a copy.
