Tom - Yes, floppies. The unit is picky about the format. I found the best way is to use the SA itself to format the discs. It also seems picky about the RAM used. See attached.
As I recall, you might also have to upgrade the ROM card! (you need more capacity to flash the upgrade)

You need to post up the eight digit HOSTID number of your analyser to whoever does this for you. Posting up any existing option numbers and keys for your analyser would help as a confidence checker.?
