TI have written a very good Application Note about using a VNA for tuning - SWRA726.
One of the handy suggestions in the Application Note is to use Semi-rigid cables Wurth #655 035 035 305 08
These are available from Digikey, simply cut one connector off, or if you are testing small boards cut them in half and you two for the price of one!
