8566B Can't Calibrate

Hi all,
?
Whilst it initially appeared my SA was fully functioning when the YTO error got fixed, there is something still not right with it. The signal levels it's displaying are out by quite a bit (>20dBm). I thought I'd try calibrating it from scratch, so following the directions from the "Getting Started" section of the underside pull-out card, I coupled the 100Mhz cal out BNC to the N-type RF input socket and pressed RECALL 8. So far so good and all the settings shown seem to be correct. However, when it came to the part where I had to adjust the front panel trimmer to get -10dBm at the marker, there was just nothing there to adjust (see photo). The marker is the bright spot dead centre right on the bottom line of the grid. First I thought the cable I was using must be faulty, but it wasn't. Then I thought maybe there's nothing come out of the cal BNC, but there was indeed 100Mhz @ about -10 dBm so it should have shown something. Anyone got any ideas what's wrong here? If this is going to involve any invasive investigation I'm afraid it'll have to wait as I simply don't have enough time at present.
