Just looking at the 2 input caps - usually 2 are used in situations where there is a 120v / 240v switch . Its setup for 120v right ? not 240v?? the 2 caps on the input should be series for voltage multiplier mode for 120v and parallel for 240V. ? Just thought to add that to the mix.
