Okay, it's really silly. I dealt with the problem in a fairly simple way - the battery was dead and needed to be replaced.
Without a battery, or with a 0V battery, it is impossible to perform the Reignite procedure; the device will throw errors and notes. It previously seemed to me that the battery is solely responsible for the clock, and that when connected to 230V, the power supply provides the RAM with the necessary voltage to save data, as in modern PCs, but this is not so.
By the way, to connect a CD-ROM it is not necessary to have an adapter from one scsi connector to another, or to change the cable. It is enough to disconnect connector J10 and connect it to the CD-ROM , placing a jumper on it to turn on the terminator.?
Power for the CD-ROM can be taken from the MOLEX HDD; its design allows you to continue the line with new wires.
It is also useful information that DVD-ROM can be used for this procedure, because any DVD is also a CD.
