Thanks for your help ! I am reading service manual now . And one 26.5Ghz spectrum analyzer and one 500Mhz oscillascope are on my hand .? So i think i will check the power ,signal ?according to the manual step by step .

Hi Samba, Do you have the service manual? Have you read the trouble shooting section? Please be careful around the sampler, as it is a sensitive device. I would follow the trouble shooting, and first check the DC voltages for voltage within the required range, and also check for ripple. Next would be to check the LO signal. Notice this is around 14dBm, so use attenuators. What test equipment do you have? (spectrum analyzer, oscilloscope with 500MHz band with, frequency counter, power meter and so on.)
