What time period are we talking about?? I worked on perhaps three generations of -hp- stuff, the very oldest used standard hardware, mostly Philips, the blue cover gear used mostly Pozidriv and so did some of the tan colored stuff, after that came the Torx. Can't give dates but I think by perhaps 1970 it was all Torx.

Yes, they are pozidriv, thanks for the correction Dave. I'd written
these notes a while back when I didn't really appreciate the difference
and just copied them in here. Apparently I should have proofread it more
closely.
