Indeed, but who needs a skinless cat at a transmitter site?
TV was more fun, dealing with Vestigial Sideband filters and RF combiners to use a single antenna for NTSC broadcast.
I engineered at one high band VHF and two UHF TV stations, starting almost fifty years ago. One s a full 5MW EIRP site on 1700 feet of tower.
I worked at a few AM stations, as well.
