You can call their customer contact center and ask. Worst thing that happens is they say no. Best thing is they say yes. Intermediate thing is they quote a reasonable price to fix it which will [probably include a fresh cal. Or may an unreasonable price, but that is your judgement call. ? Or , they might just tell you how to fix it yourself. ? The phone number is on their web website. ?

My MSOX2024A had been sitting on a shelf for several months without being powered up. This weekend when I powered it up for the first time, it would not boot up and froze with just the REF and MATH LEDs illuminated. Power cycling it (as had been suggested in another post) did nothing to resolve the problem. I had the same thing happen with another MSOX scope a few years ago and Keysight repaired it at no charge. Does anyone know if they still honoring that "extended warranty?"
