If the instrument had options UNT and UNU, then you can contact Keysight with your serial # and host ID. They will confirm that these are options purchased on your instrument and will send you the license key's that are specific to your host ID. Then all you have to do is enter them on the front panel and they should be re-enabled on your instrument.
