Please excuse my ignorance but how many "O" rings are required per attenuator? I`ve got two 8663A`s, and a 8566B with attenuators that, I think, probably all need attention

The size you need is 2mm dia with 1 mm centre hole. They work perfectly but do take a while to arrive.
