HP 70205A surprise

 

Went to pull a 70205A system display module off the shelf to install in a 70001A, and found the following surprise:

Evidently the module has (had) a?TL-5104 3.6 Volt Lithium battery behind that door, though I've never seen corrosion?look like this before...
