From my notes: almost a quarter of a century ago I had a similar failure. Just replaced the power diodes (3A) and all went fine. The A/B23 go to SS 23: the -5.2 V regulator. Let me know if you need more info.

CR20 looks like it was very hot
No idea where output A/B 23 is for? Did not found the goal of that voltage.
