Hi Vladan,
Not sure it's possible to calibrate the 8360 with the front panel (really don't know...), normally you do this with the software running on an HP98x6 or a R382 computer and HP power meter plus the 8360 connected to the GPIB bus all together.
It takes if I remember a long time and sometime you need to do it twice.
