Gary, Patrick and Aaron from museum maintenance moved a lot of the items from the storage container on the plaza. I will have an inventory completed this week. But... There is no power in the radio room. The shipyard did quite a bit of work on the electrical system and evidently left us off the list. I tried?all the usual breaker box switches and Gary has been out looking at things. An electrician from the shipyard is scheduled to be here soon. I will keep you posted. I took my KX3 out and on internal batteries using the main antenna, talked to the Noontime Net Control in Idaho on 5 watts. It is a big relief to know that our go-to antenna is working!!! I will move the remainder of the gear out this week. Hopefully we will be able to do Lighthouse/Lightship Weekend 8/20 & 21 at full power. An extension cord may be approved for that event.
