Gary, Patrick and Aaron from museum maintenance moved a lot of the items from the storage container on the plaza. I will have an inventory completed this week. But... There is no power in the radio room. The shipyard did quite a bit of work on the electrical system and evidently left us off the list. I tried?all the usual breaker box switches and Gary has been out looking at things. An electrician from the shipyard is scheduled to be here soon. I will keep you posted. I took my KX3 out and on internal batteries using the main antenna, talked to the Noontime Net Control in Idaho on 5 watts. It is a big relief to know that our go-to antenna is working!!! I will move the remainder of the gear out this week. Hopefully we will be able to do Lighthouse/Lightship Weekend 8/20 & 21 at full power. An extension cord may be approved for that event. I will let you know when we can resume operations!!! Right now only the main deck is open to the public. The radio room level is set to open soon.? 73 Frank KF7NPC
