Yikes! Would you believe?
Gents,
Inspired by Everett's posting of his just purchased airline tickets to attend our PEI activities, I decided to check on mine. I did an email search for messages from Air Canada and my computer spewed out 24 emails.?
I elected to keep my travel vouchers with Air Canada so it would be easy to reissue my tickets. Silly me! What was I thinking?
There are several matters that I now need to resolve.? 1) there were flight changes issued by AC 2) there were extra seat fees that AC refunded to my credit card 3) there were flight cancellations because covid closed the border. 4) there were lifetime vouchers issued by AC that I can use to get more tickets to PEI or keep for new travel not related to PEI 5) and my USA Travel Pass program is expiring.?
Hmmm. I think I'll postpone the irritation and watch some football.?

Unfortunately I will probably be “on the road” by 4PM CST. I’ll check in on Zoom via cellphone if at all possible. I may not use the camera since that would likely induce severe seasickness in viewers. Of course I could point the camera forward, but that might be too frightening for viewers as we “bumper-car” through Chattanooga and environs.

This week's COVID-19 PEI Health Department announcement: PEI has 37 active COVID-19 cases, bringing the total for the pandemic to 420. There have been two hospitalizations and no deaths.
Chief Public Health Officer Dr. Heather Morrison advised Islanders to keep personal gatherings as small as possible, and to know the vaccination status of attendees, but did not announce new limits to indoor or outdoor gatherings.

Hi Joe, Yes, we did discuss things like how to get there. Tokelau has a similar problem but are not quite so low lying. Ev mentioned that the US borders are open again, our problem is getting back home presently though that will be solved early next year on current discussions. No covid amongst my family thankfully. The country is heading to 90% one dose and when that reaches 90% for two doses most of the border restrictions will be relaxed. ? I trust you and Nancy are keeping well and busy ? ? Nga mihi ?
