I¡¯ll join each of you¡10% ($36,000) each for down payment. That leaves $218,000 to pay out¡$460/month each for 15 years.

My health continues to deteriorate and I have reduced the price of the station to only $359,900 USD. ?The XYL and I are almost to the point of just dropping the tower if we don't sell to a ham and just selling the home as a regular residence, which would be a shame. ?Lots of details on . ?Be sure to hit the blog tab on the site for more pics and complete details of the home station.

We're on the calendar for our next meeting...set for Wednesday, September 20.? As it turns out, I'll be on the road via car that day without internet.

I'd like to propose moving our September meeting to Tuesday, September 19 (first choice)...or if that won't work, Friday, September 22.

I just checked with Joe and he can do either...with Tuesday as first choice.

People are making contacts with multiple yagi antennas in phase.

If you can see it, you¡¯re in the footprint! Just lacking the preamps and yagis.

Ahhh, just add a bunch more directors to your Yagi on the roof, bend the mast a tad to point at the moon and have at it !!! Turn down the RF gain to kill some of the noise and punch up the audio gain a bit, a good headset and away you go.
