Fastdrying glue always work on all balloontypes, but, the selfsealing ones, like the Qualatex and Grabo you can ONLY use glue, they are not possibe to heatseal due to the "double" nozzle the selfseal introduce,
on the Clear Chinese and homemade balloon I heatseal the inlet with an iron set on wool setting (Two dots) with said mousepad under and a piece of bakingpaper between the iron and balloonfilm.?
By the way, the grabo balloon tracker that I listen into using a Russian websdr is up over 11700m today :)
