Is that happening at IPL time, or later? In any event, your problem is not that all SYS1.DUMP datasets are full, but that the master scheduler is ABENDing.
If you post more of the system log, we might be able to spot what's happening.

I'm afraid I'm stuck. The system does not come up. Maybe I can do something with the dasd tools??
