MVT TSO has an 8MB limit, as well, unless someone's fixed it.
MAXCPU should be N-1 number of cores on your processor, so one core is
free for I/O and background O/S.
24 bit Operating systems not patched for more than 2 processors.
64 bit Operating system minimums should be fine.
24/31 bit of 16MB / 2GB should work.
OS/360 MFT 21F APL\360 has a 8MB limit.
