APPC and ASCH don't really have anything to do with the basic operation of VTAM terminals, also merely concatenating your datasets won't do anything except make the data available, you have to make sure the members are activated or it still won't work.? FOr instance, if you have an ATCCON00 in the existing (old) dataset and you concatenate it behind a vtamlst that already has a ATCCON00 in it, you will get the one that shows up first in the concatenation.
