Actually not so, The problem appears to be hidden in parmlib member Appcpm1a and the missing VSAM file in statement LUADD ACBNAME(MVSLU01) BASE TPDATA(SYS1.APPCTP);? SYS1.Appctp is missing in action.? The console command D appc,lu,all gives a bit of a clue.
