I don't recall where I found the attached files, but hopefully you will find them useful?
It looks like there're only two 3270 samples, both in the "Access Methods" directory. One called "demo3270" and the other called "demobtam". (See attached readme)
I have NOT tried either, so I don't know whether they work or not, nor even whether they're useful to you.
But hey, I tried! :)
