Messages bouncing

I manage four paid groups.io accounts, and sometimes my people don¡¯t get messages that we send out, and I know that their e-mail addresses are correct, because I can send to them throughoutlook.? What can either I or they do to fix this bouncing problem?? How do I check the activity of an individual?

You cannot fix the bouncing state of a member's account. They must do that themselves.
How do I check the activity of an individual?
You can check your group's activity log and you can also check your member's email delivery history via their membership record.? Remember that 'bouncing' is an account status not a group subscription status. Your members may have entered a bouncing state due to email delivery problems from other groups they're subscribed to.

So there¡¯s nothing to be done if someone bounces?? That¡¯s not good if they¡¯re paid members and aren¡¯t getting what they¡¯ve paid for.

It's their account that's bouncing so it's up to them to sort it out.?
