I don't know how to describe this, but I'll try.

Hi everyone!
?
First. I am totally blind and use a screen reader, so I apologize if I don't describe things in visual terms, the right way.
?
Now. Here's my question. Is there a way to save a draft on groups.io while you're writing your message? All I see are "send" and "discard." The "more" button just gives font options. When I hit CTRL+S, I get a dialogue box asking me to save the whole Web page. Am I missing something?

In my experience with io groups, saving a draft of?
what i'm working on seems kind of automatic. I frequently move bewteen the docs?
i am working on and the members list and the site all ways logs a draft for me to get back to when i leave?
the page to do something else.

Hope this helps.

Not sure how a screen reader would describe it, but I have a folder in the left-hand menu called Drafts that seems to be populated and updated automatically as I work on a message or reply. (Full menu lists Home, Subscription, Messages, New Topic, Drafts, Hashtags, Chats, Photos.) If I open (click on) Drafts, I have a list of current messages being composed.

So drafts is under "more" way down the bottom of the page. Apparently, each draft has a checkbox where you can pick ones to delete. I learned something new today! Thanks for the help! And drafts do save by themselves, even better!

You may sometimes notice that what was saved isn't what you remember having.? This can happen if there's internet congestion or your connection has a glitch.? Nothing that can be done about it, but you should be aware of the possibility.? In most cases, you can just add what is missing.? However, if you plan to write a detailed message or reply, it's best to do it in your email client so that it gets saved locally.

The Groups.io Help Center includes the Owners Manual and Members Manual.
They can be browsed online or downloaded as PDF files.

Thanks! Another thing I noticed. Each group appears to have its own drafts folder. I thought "drafts" would have all drafts for all groups in one place ...

Correct... to pick up where you left off, you have to be in the group, as you do when composing any other message.?
?
Please also note that a draft will be deleted after two weeks of inactivity. You can "restart the clock" by opening it for edit.?
