Member not receiving message notifications

We have one member in our group who is not currently receiving message notifications. ?She used to receive them but is not receiving any longer. All of her settings seem correct and are identical to other members who do receive the notifications. ?We tried removing her from the group, rejoining groups.io and then rejoining our group and that did not help. ?Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Did she by any chance recently relocate? Have her check her time zone to be sure it's set correctly.

She has not relocated. Her timezone is correct. Thank you for the response. We'll keep trying to figure this out.

What do you mean by "message notifications"?? Do you mean email messages or notifications on her browser?

Also, by rejoining groups.io, do you mean she deleted her account then signed-up again with the same email address?

She is not getting the email messages. Yes, she left our group and groups.io and then signed up again under the same email ID and with a new password.?

What does her "Email Delivery History" say? Are the messages begin delivered, as far as groups.io is concerned, or are they bouncing, or something else?

Yes but you did not answer Jonathan's question, what do you see when you go in her "Email Delivery History" screen?

Thanks for all the response. ?I found her issue. ?She had groups.io blocked by her email provider. ?All fixed now. ?Thank you.

Drew -- I can't speak for others, but I still don't understand what you're talking about. Please clearly state what action was taken, what the expected system behavior was, and how the system isn't meeting those expectations.

- Does she, or does she not, receive normal group emails?
- "Message notifications" is a different thing. Is that what she's not receiving?
- Is she expecting said notification to come via email, or via her browser (that's different, too)?

You said she has recently subscribed under a new address. Has she gone into her subscription settings -- while logged in under that address -- and looked to see if it's set up correctly? /helpcenter/single/membersmanual#subsettingsSub_MemNotificationshtm?

Finally, please note that you only get notifications for what someone else does. So if she sends a post to the group and isn't getting back a notification of what she just did, that's normal behavior.
