Pending message stay in owner box even after they have been approved

Note that they disappear automatically after 14 days if not claimed by an owner/moderator or dealt with.

Look in Activity to see whether or not you are properly moderating these messages.?

If you mean your personal email inbox, you can delete them.

BTW, I don't keep any messages unless I want to save one to think about it and respond later. I rely on the message archive in my groups to re-read anything I want to.?
