Hi,
You must be administrator for your group. Then:
open? Admin - Preferences - Settings?
scroll to the bottom - you should see ?Features¡°
open that, and then scroll until you see ?Polls¡°. Then set the permission you want - ?Members can create¡°, ?Only Moderators can create¡° , or ?Polls are disabled¡°.?
