I’m getting complaints about a certain member’s messages.?

If you can find one of his messages, select "All Messages by this Member" from the More popup menu at bottom right.

A similar link can be found in the member's profile in the Directory (if you haven't disabled the Directory).

In addition to Bruce's suggestions, if you are a moderator with suitable permission, or an owner, you can look up (search) the member in your group's Members list. Open the member's page and there a link under User Name (near the top) will take you to the member's Profile, and that too will have the All Messages By This Member search link.

If you can do the above, you can also click on the Activity History button and that will show you all their messages. You can also enter comments into the Notes as to what the problem is and keep a record of mod/owner contacts to the member about the problem. (I'm not sure about differences between premium accounts and free ones, so if you don't see those buttons it's the wrong type of account.)

Would be nice if you could pull up a member's messages from the member list, is there a reason why it's not set up that way? (or am I just missing it?)

This feature was added just today ().

Please Note:??My testing suggests that if a subscriber has neither a shared group Profile nor a Display Name then he won't show up in a Directory search. In that case you will still have to find them via the Member List.?
