accessing attachments
Is there a way to access attachments other than by going through the messages one-by-one? I see that on the Photo Album page it indicates the amount of storage being used for attachments, as well as the amount for photos. I assume these, and the file storage amount, count against our total storage limit. It might be useful to weed these out at some point. It would certainly be useful to be able to go back and look at the attachments without having to go through all of the messages. It looks like photos that are sent as attachments are saved in a separate folder, but not other types of files.

If you can get to the Upgrade page under the Admin menu, you will see how much space is being used for each type that counts against the limit, plus the number of Integrations used. Beside the Attachments line, there's a link to View Attachments, if any. That gives you a list of the messages that have one, but you still need to go to each one to delete. (I'd open a new tab with the message.) The default sort is by size, largest first, but you can reverse that or sort by date using the column headers. An owner can always get there, but a moderator would need Billing permissions.

Paul,
I am an owner plus pay $110/yr and I don't see an "Upgrade" page under "Admin". What am I missing? Hover the cursor over your name in the upper right hand corner. That will show the email address you used to log in. Possibly you are logged in under an address which isn't a group owner? For example, a moderator absent the Billing permission. Paul,
Does this mean that the only group members that can view attachmentsNo, group members can access them through the messages they were attached to. And in the special case of images, there's an Emailed Photos album for them.
