Member not receiving e mails

Hi friends

I have a member of my group who changed her e mail to outlook.com and now she is not getting any e mails from my group.

She is set to receive all e mails individually and she is not moderated

Can someone please shed some light on this for us both?

When she changed her email address, she was sent a confirmation email to her new address. She needs to click the link in that email to confirm the change and all should be good after that.? If she did that and is still not receiving any emails, then you should look at her Email Delivery History which is accessed via her membership record for further information.

She did enter on that notification and all is set but I am not exactly sure what to look for in her history

Most times it's easier to just subscribe her new (outlook.com) address and unsubscribe the old one.
