J, No, I think the confusion there is that it is asking you to sign in to the groups.io support area (at zendesk). A little bit as if on Y! or Groups.io you were being asked to sign in to a group name

Anita, No. If the messages are sent as plain text then the font size is controlled by your email viewer. If the messages are sent with formatting (HTML) then the font size is controlled by the sender.

Hallo Anita, To set the default Message Formatting for your Group. Click on Admin Click on Settings will take you to the Settings screen Scroll down (about half way) to a heading Message Formatting

The pull down menu under your name should have My Activities option which takes you to a page of requests. On mobile, there's a big button that says "My requests" Mark ought to have a help topic on
