Yes, it's there. Thanks. I had no idea that any of this existed. And the UI really needs fixing....the "log into " and saying I'm "new to " when I've been a member of and am already logged in, etc.
Also, the bug I recently sent to support is not showing up, as I suspected. I'll email Mark again.

I forget exactly how I setup my zendesk account but I think you just create it with the same email used on .
