I applied for a transfer last week and the acceptance took 2 or 3 days. Been 2 days since approval and the site isn't transferred yet. I can imagine they are running a bit of a backlog.

Just below the Role box, there's a whole bunch of Moderator Permissions you can set for each moderator.? The big one is Set Moderator Privileges.? If they have that one, they can make themselves
