Hi Luis, Appreciate your assistance to recover my membership privileges.? In Groups.io your email address is also your log in ID - so perhaps your membership in whatever group is connected with a different email address than the one you logged in with. If you receive messages from that group by email, have a look at the very bottom of a recent message. There, in the footer, it will show your subscription address in that group. You need to log in using that address in order to be recognized as a member of that group. Hope that helps. If not, please give us some more detail about your situation. Not necessarily Yahoo Groups. The last outage had to do with the Sign In system, which is shared in common with Yahoo Mail and other still-supported products. Mark wasn't as specific about this one, so it may or may not be something that pertains only to Yahoo Groups.
One never knows. There's been some recent buzz in recently about news stories relating to Verizon Media properties (formerly Oath, formerly Yahoo and AOL). This is a user-to-user group, so none of us have any inside information on delivery problems, nor any way to see what's actually happening.? Comcast has been known to make changes that effect delivery, along with sometimes long delays in actually delivering email.? I checked a few of my Comcast members and they all seem to be getting messages fine (not bouncing anyway).

with xtra addresses, and get them to unbounce their accounts. I
cannot send through groups.io, as they will not receive them. I
will need to email them direct. I think they may think that the
message from groups to unbounce their accounts is spam and they
have deleted it. Because of the problem with xtra, there will be
several hundred addresses that have been bounced. What link do I send to them to unbounce their account?

Just an update¡ªI am the only moderator. Don¡¯t think I clicked wrong box, especially not twice.? If I? had not clicked the correct ¡®reject¡¯ box then I would not have gotten the message box that allows me to send the person whose message I¡¯m rejected a supplemental note.? As of right now, I¡¯m considering the issue closed as I took several ¡®screen shots¡¯ of ¡®rejected¡¯ messages over the past two days so I could send them to ¡®help line¡¯ IF problem repeated and it did not. Problems with Comcast Account/Replies
I am the owner of a couple of groups (on subscription plan). For the past several days, when I send an email to the group, I am not getting a copy of it back to see that it was sent.
This morning, I changed to a gmail account and I do get the replies back, which tells me that it has to be my comcast.net account. Have you been having any problems with comcast? They recently changed their port settings and wondering if there is anything at your level that can be changed to make the replies come through..I will try to contact Comcast and ask the question. So appreciate any help that you can give me in being able to see the emails that I do send to the group. Thank you very much. Hugs Laine |

First, check to see if you are logged in. If your email address or name appears on the blue menu bar at upper right, you are logged in. If there is a Log In button instead, you are not.Assuming you are logged in, go to any group page and look at the Home button at upper left. Does it display a blue Owner badge? If not, then you are logged in under an email address that does not own this group. Log out and log back in using the correct address. Once you are logged in with an account that owns the group you can find your settings under Admin>Settings. Thus, logging in on your computer will not log you in with another device.?If you have your mobile device set up so it doesn't save browser cookies, you will find yourself having to log in over and over again. For information on the Safari browser, see?? As to why your phone does not recognize your password, I can only speculate. Do keep in mind that each email address is a separate account, so if the email addresses you're using on your computer vs phone aren't the same the password won't work. ?
