Just a thought - does this person have his delivery set to "individual messages" or to one of the digests?? I have mine set to "Daily summary" and it never has an individual's email address in it.? It always comes in like this:?
[email protected]? with the group's name at the beginning. Very easy to whitelist one address.? If he isn't sure he can look online at the group and go to Subscription to see what he has his preference set at.? Any of the digests will come from one address only thus making it easier for him to whitelist.
