Do you insert the "[excess quote trimmed by moderator]" manually? I
noticed that you use the Preformatted markup tag. I really like your
method.
I also clean up messages before approving/publishing. Those who trim
their quotes get unmoderated. Everyone else goes to the moderation
queue.
