Just got a reply back, this is what is in the reply. Reply from who/what? Seen where? ? Not sure what it is suppose to mean "What we have here is failure to communicate." These question marks in a diamond

are the . which means that your interface thought that the message was in unicode (likely UTF-8) whereas it was actually something else.
