If the message body is formatted (HTML), and the author used the link tool (or equivalent) to make a link, yes. If HTML and not created as a link, no.
If the message body is plain text then it depends on the recipient's email interface. Many (most?) will recognize URL syntax and "linkify" it (make it clickable). Some will even recognize email address syntax and make them into mailto: links. But some do not.
Groups.io's Messages section, for example, displays plain-text URLs as links, but not plain-text email addresses.
