I've read all of the reasons but yet have not read why "Special Notices" won't do the same thing. Going Special Notices will require that you read messages online, which I do understand and have considered. Like Don & I have said, Special Notices lets the owner communicate with all members at once without much work. I can't imagine how I would have communicated the move to Groups.io without Special Notices. I would of had a potential 200 people on No Mail.
