Member difficulties
开云体育I run a number of Groups and try to impress on all members to NOT use a work email address and ALWAYS set up a password to enable access to the account in the event of email problems. Do they listen? No.So periodically someone changes their email address, loses access to the old one and has never set up their password for access to their account. and so are locked out. Of course they can join again, but as a different member and hence not associated with previous activities. For a free/Basic Group, of course even the owner cannot fix this, but it wouldn't be beyond the realms of possibility to pay for a month's upgrade to Premium in order to fix the problem, then revert to Basic. However hoping for help with a couple of questions about this:- ? Is it possible to upgrade to Premium for just one month and then revert to Basic? ?
