Facts in evidence:
1. I own four groups.
2. All groups use the same e-mail for my log in.
3. Two of the four still show "Owner" when selected, proving I'm
logged in with the correct e-mail.
4. One of the four now shows me as a "Moderator" instead of
"Owner".
5. One now shows nothing.? I'm just a "member" with posting
privileges.
6. I log in, and can select any of the four groups using the same
e-mail address.? If I were using the "wrong address", none of the
groups would show me as "Owner".? The fact two of the four DO show
me as "Owner" prove I'm using the correct e-mail address.
7. No one else has any access within the groups as a moderator or
any other role.
8. Using a yahoo address for testing (unrelated to my official
Groups.io address), I can send e-mail to the "Owner" e-mail
address for the group where I'm no longer shown as "Owner" when I
log in, and I receive the test message at my "Owner" e-mail
address used for logging in.
Conclusions based on the above:
I *AM* using the correct e-mail address or none of the groups
would show me as "Owner".? Two of the four still show me as
"Owner".? (One shows me as "Moderator", not owner.)
Though it's not showing me as "Owner" when I log into the subject
group, I'm still on record with Groups.io as the owner (with my
login e-mail address) or I would not have received the test
message I sent to "main+owner@***.groups.io (Group name
redacted).

In your original post, you indicated you are the sole owner,
implying no one else could change your status within the groups
in question. If that's the case, then you not having ownership
status would indicate an ownerless group, which I didn't think
was possible. Ergo, there must be someone else with ownership
status or you are indeed logged on with the wrong address.
