I copied the address from an email the user sent me into one file and I copied the offending address from into another file and did a diff. The files are identical, so now I can say "No, it's not possible that I typed in the incorrect email address".?? ? You are right that the B for bounce is blue, not green as I had thought. So will the 3-day bounce probe re-enable the user's account if it has stopped?bouncing? The user's new email address is a? brand-new one for him, so it's possible all the downstream-facing protonmail infrastructure updating wasn't yet complete. -P.
