Are you saying that if all messages are moderated, the spam filter would have ignored Bob¡¯s test messsge (sent from his non-member email address) and it would have been queued to be moderated?
?
If non-members are allowed (thru the web) to post new topics to public group or reply to messages do they have any spam filtering, or doed that happen only via emailed messages?
